Exchange and Refund Policy

Try our mattresses for 30 days and if you are not satisfied, return them!
It is important to us that you love your new mattress, so if you discover during the trial period (30 days) that it is too hard, too soft, or anything else, all you have to do is contact us (1803040)
In line with the decisions of the Ministry of Industry and Trade regarding regulating the consumer’s right to exchange and return goods and goods, our valued customers can exchange or return their purchases within 15 days from the date of purchase if they do not conform to the standard specifications or have manufacturing defects or are contrary to what was agreed upon. In this case, for the return or exchange to be accepted, the goods to be replaced or returned must be in their original condition upon purchase and must be displayable with their cover and identification card and the original purchase receipt attached to them.

The company has the right to accept or replace mattresses in the following cases:
- A request for a refund or replacement must be made within 30 days of receiving the mattress.
-The item must be in its original condition and must not have been damaged as a result of consumption.
An amount of 45 KD will be deducted for a size of 150 cm, and the largest amount will be 35 KD for a size smaller than 150 cm.
The customer has the right to cancel the operation request within 24 hours from the date of purchase, otherwise the customer must bear the operation expenses.

50 KD is paid as a deposit to raise the measurement and make a plan for the rooms and diwaniyas to be manufactured. It is deducted from the invoice when the order value is paid. In the event of canceling the purchase order, the measurement value is not refunded.

We would like to inform you that the value of the following goods cannot be exchanged or refunded:
Goods that have been customized based on personal request.
Goods damaged as a result of consumption.
Furniture and upholstered pieces.

For hygienic reasons, beddings  such as pillows, duvets or covers will not be returned or exchanged after they are received by the customer.


Goods whose nature, characteristics, or method of packing or wrapping prevent them from being exchanged or returned to the customer, such as being damaged

or impossible to return to the condition they were in when purchased.
If the return is accepted in accordance with the terms and conditions stated above, the price of the goods will be refunded in the same way that payment was made upon purchase or by any other method agreed upon.

- Try and Decide offer (30 days trial) is not accept when paying in installments

- In case of accepting the return according to the terms and conditions stated above, the price of the goods will be refunded after deducting bank commission fees, delivery and installation fees, and the refund takes 10-14 working days.


- The minimum installment for Tamara  is 100 KD
