Storage Policy

• Storage of goods is allowed for a maximum period of 14 days from the agreed delivery date according to the customer’s request.
• After the storage period ends, additional storage fees will be applied as follows:
• First month: 5% of the invoice value.
• Second month: 10% of the invoice value.
• Third month: 15% of the invoice value.
• The maximum storage period is 3 months, and it may not be exceeded under any circumstances.
• After the maximum period, the goods will be delivered directly to the customer at the address listed on the invoice.

Furniture Warranty

First: Diwaniya Sets & Wooden Decorations

• 10-year warranty on manufacturing defects and production materials such as wood, paint, and foam.
• Warranty does not cover fabrics, leather, misuse, or improper storage.

Second: Sponge Seating Sets, Bedrooms, Living Rooms, Dining Tables & Chairs

• 3-year warranty on manufacturing defects such as wood, paint, and similar components.
• Warranty does not cover fabrics, leather, misuse, or improper storage.

Mattress Warranty

• 10-year warranty for Sponge mattresses.
• 5-year warranty for spring and eco-latex mattresses.
• Warranty covers foam sagging and manufacturing defects only.
• Warranty does not cover fabrics, Children mattresses, misuse, or improper storage.
• Mattresses must be placed on a flat wooden base to prevent sagging.
• Pillows and bed sheets, Toppers cannot be returned or exchanged.

Materials Used

• Wood used in furniture production includes beech, oak, latte, plywood, and MDF, with the proportion depending on the product type to ensure strength and durability.
• All paints used are European and high-quality.
• Foam used is high-density premium foam, produced in our factory to ensure comfort and stability.

Return & Refund Policy

• We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
• To be eligible for return, the product must be in its original condition, with the same packaging/box, and you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Please note that custom orders cannot be returned.
• Manufactured items are not returnable or exchangeable.
• We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and inform you whether the return is approved.
• If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Special Policy for "Try & Decide" Offer (30-Day Trial from Delivery Date)

• The “Try & Decide” offer does not apply when selecting the installment payment option.
• Under the Try & Decide offer, the mattress can be returned even if removed from its packaging, with the following charges:
• 55 KD for mattress sizes 150 cm and above.
• 45 KD for mattress sizes below 150 cm.
• Return pick-up service fee is 8 KD for all areas of Kuwait except:
• Sabah Al Ahmad – Wafra – Nuwaiseeb – Mutlaa – Kabd – Benider – Khiran – Mina Abdullah – Abdally, where the fee is 15 KD.

Terms & Conditions – Comforter Gift Offer

• Gift Eligibility: The comforter gift is granted with the purchase of at least one mattress, provided that the mattress price is not less than 60 KWD.
• Gift Details:
• For sizes below 120 cm: 4-piece comforter set.
• For sizes 120 cm and above: 6-piece comforter set.
• Colors & Designs: Colors and designs cannot be selected; the gift will be provided based on available stock.
• Discounts & Other Offers: The offer does not include retirees’ discounts or any other promotions or discounts, and cannot be combined with any other offer.
• Offer Period: Valid from November 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
• Payment Method: The offer applies to both cash and installment purchases.
• Availability: This offer is exclusively available for online orders through Aljraiwy official website.
