1-Which mattress is right for me?

2-Which mattress size is best for me?
Before you head to the mattress retailer or online store, it's important to do a self-assessment of your
mattress size needs. First, think about the sleep footprint you'll leave. Will the footprint include one
body or two? Are those bodies small? Big? Tall? Short? A combination? Take note of the amount of
space you, or your and your partner, will take up, and then add some extra space - nobody wants to be
right up against the edge of the bed feeling like they're about to roll off. If the person sleeping in the bed
tends to move a lot during sleep, you should add even more margin. Also, keep in mind that mattress
measurements are slightly less than the standard bed size, to ensure the mattress fits inside the frame.
3-What is memory foam?
Memory foam consists mainly of polyurethane with additional chemicals that increase its viscosity and
density. It is often referred to as "viscoelastic" polyurethane foam, or low-resilience polyurethane foam
(LRPu). The foam bubbles or ‘cells’ are open, effectively creating a matrix through which air can move.
Higher-density memory foam softens in reaction to body heat, allowing it to mold to a warm body in a
few minutes. Newer foams may recover their original shape more quickly
3-Does the foam smell?

6-How do I keep my mattress clean?
Use Protection
Using a mattress protector is a no-brainer to guard against dirt, spills, and normal wear and tear. We
developed a water resistant mattress protector that conforms through the sides to keep it pristine. The
best part? It won’t compromise the comfort of your bed.
Keep It Smelling Fresh
To keep odors in check, air out the mattress by freeing it from the sheets and opening a few windows.
For serious smell situations, consider sprinkling baking soda on the cover, then vacuuming it away
before putting the sheets back on.
Keep Out Dust with Fitted Sheets
Use fitted sheets to protect your mattress from dust, dirt, and dead skin. This will help keep your

Rotate Your Mattress
Along with regular cleaning, periodically rotate your mattress head-to-foot (180°) every six months to

7-What is the warranty on your mattresses?
A mattress warranty usually covers defects not caused by the customer.
In the event of a defect, subsidence, or sagging, the company will repair and replace (if necessary) the
mattress after having the specialist write a report.

8-The best positions for sleeping ?
To be specific, sleeping on the side or back is considered more beneficial than sleeping on the stomach.

Our furniture products have limited warranties ranging from 5 to 10 years that cover manufacturing
issues or defects.

We offer disposal options for previously owned mattresses from our company .

can check if open souq traders will pick it up and repurpose it on their website, or you can also refer to a
local charity.

17- If a product is out of stock, can I still make the order?
Unfortunately, if a product is out of stock, we will not be able to provide it. Keep checking for future
updates.

18- I made an order online, the amount has already been charged to my card, and I have not received
any confirmation email or any call. What do I do?
Please call our contact center on 1803040 or through WhatsApp on 1803040 if you have not received
any confirmation call from our Delivery & Assembly team.
19- I placed a new online order. When will you deliver my purchase?
Once you finish your purchase, the delivery date and time is set based on the nearest delivery slot
available at the moment of the checkout. You can see it on the screen as you confirm the purchase. You
will receive a confirmation call ahead of delivery.
20- delivery time and fee ?
The delivey for mattress, bedding, nightstands and accessories will be within 24 hours.
The delivery for furniture (divan , headboard ) will be within 3 days .
If the total invoice is less than 50 kwd , there will be a fee 2 KWD for delivery
If the invoice more than 50 kwd , there are no delivery charges .
