1. Which mattress is right for me?

Side sleepers should look for a softer mattress that helps relieve pressure on their hips and shoulders. Back and stomach sleepers should choose a firmer mattress to keep their body aligned. Combination sleepers should choose a mattress with good motion isolation and support.

2. Which mattress size is best for me?

Before buying a mattress, consider how many people will sleep on it, their body size, available room space, and how much movement happens during sleep. Leave extra room for comfort and remember that mattress dimensions are slightly smaller than bed frame dimensions for a proper fit.

3. What is memory foam?

Memory foam is made primarily from polyurethane with added chemicals that increase its density and viscosity. It reacts to body heat and pressure, molding to your body for improved comfort and support before gradually returning to its original shape.

4. Does the foam smell?

A slight new-product smell is normal when unboxing a mattress. If your Al Jerawi mattress has a mild scent, it will disappear within a few hours in a well-ventilated room.

5. Do Al Jerawi mattresses sleep hot?

No. Our mattresses are specially designed to remain cool and breathable. They undergo thermal imaging and sweat tests to ensure a comfortable sleeping temperature.

6. What size mattresses do you make?

We offer mattresses in standard sizes. We also provide custom-sized mattresses through our Al Raha service.

7. How do I keep my mattress clean?

Use a mattress protector to guard against dirt and spills. Air out your mattress regularly to keep it fresh, use fitted sheets to reduce dust and allergens, and rotate your mattress 180° every six months for even wear. There is no need to flip an Al Jerawi mattress.

8. What is the warranty on your mattresses?

Our mattress warranty covers manufacturing defects, subsidence, or sagging not caused by the customer. If approved after inspection, the mattress will be repaired or replaced as required.

9. What are the best positions for sleeping?

Sleeping on your back or side is generally considered better than sleeping on your stomach, as these positions help keep your spine supported and reduce pressure on your muscles and joints.

10. What is your return policy?

We offer a risk-free trial and return policy so you can experience Al Jerawi products in the comfort of your home and decide if they are right for you.

11. How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your Al Jerawi order, please contact our Customer Service team and include your order number for assistance.

12. What is the warranty on your furniture products?

Our furniture products include limited warranties ranging from 5 to 10 years, covering manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.

13. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, K-Net, and cash payments.

14. Will you remove my old mattress?

We offer disposal options for previously purchased mattresses from our company. If your mattress is still in good condition, you may also donate it or offer it through local resale or charity services.

15. What's the best pillow for my sleep position?

Most people change sleeping positions throughout the night. All Al Jerawi pillows are designed to provide comfort and support regardless of your preferred sleep position.

16. What are the store opening times?

17. Other ways of shopping from Jerawi?

You can shop online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our website.

18. If a product is out of stock, can I still place an order?

Unfortunately, out-of-stock products cannot be ordered. Please check our website regularly for future availability.

19. I placed an order online, my card was charged, but I didn't receive a confirmation. What should I do?

Please contact our customer service at 1803040 or via WhatsApp at 1803040 if you have not received your confirmation call or email.

20. I placed a new online order. When will it be delivered?

Your delivery date and time are selected during checkout based on the nearest available delivery slot. Our Delivery & Assembly team will contact you before delivery.

21. What are the delivery time and charges?

Mattresses, bedding, nightstands, and accessories are delivered within 24 hours. Furniture such as divans and headboards are delivered within 3 days. Orders below 50 KWD have a delivery fee of 2 KWD, while orders above 50 KWD qualify for free delivery.
