1. Subscription and Duration
· Subscriptions are available on a monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual basis.
2. Cleaning Visits
· Each package includes a specific number of cleaning visits determined in advance.
· The customer is responsible for scheduling visits in coordination with the customer service team.
· If the customer is not present at the scheduled time without prior notice, the visit will be considered completed.
3. Postponement & Cancellation
· The customer may postpone a scheduled visit only once per visit, with at least 24 hours' notice.
· The subscription may be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be provided once the service has started.
4. Payment & Renewal
· Subscription fees must be paid in advance at the time of registration or renewal.
· The customer will be notified prior to the renewal date
5. Service Scope
· The service includes cleaning and sanitizing mattresses using specialized and safe equipment and products. ) ( depend on which type of cleaning you will book )
· The company does not guarantee the removal of all types of stains, especially deep or old stains.
6. Customer Responsibilities
· The customer must provide a suitable working environment and access to a nearby power source.
· Bedding and covers must be removed from the mattress before the team’s arrival.
7. Service Suspension
· The company reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the service in cases of policy violations or misuse.
8. Privacy
· The company is committed to protecting customer data and will not share personal information with any third party.
· Additional Notes
· Service in far areas is available on Monday & Thursday only.
· Far areas include: Khiran, Abdali, Nuwaiseeb, Bnaider, Wafra, Mutlaa, and Sabah Al Ahmad.
· We only clean AlJiraiwy mattresses. The service is not available for other brands.
