Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our mattress cleaning service. By using our service, you agree to the following:
1. Booking the Service
· An appointment must be scheduled in advance, including specifying the mattress size and quantity.
· The company reserves the right to reschedule in case of unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice to the customer.
2. Service Preparation
· The customer must remove all bedding, covers, and pillows before the service appointment.
· A clear working area must be provided near the mattress, along with access to a nearby power outlet.
3. Service Scope
· The service includes cleaning dust, surface stains, odors, and sanitizing as needed. ( depend on which type of cleaning you will book )
· The company does not guarantee 100% stain removal, especially for old, deep, or chemically-induced stains.
4. Warranty & Liability
· We use safe and approved products suitable for different fabric types. However, we are not responsible for any damage caused by pre-existing defects .
· The company is not liable for any damage resulting from improper mattress use before or after the service.
5. Payment & Cancellation
· The service fee is determined based on the number and size of mattresses , type of cleaning and the customer’s location.
· Full payment is due immediately before the service .
· Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur any charges. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee of up to 20% of the total service cost.
6. Privacy
· We respect our customers’ privacy and will not collect or share any personal information without the customer's consent.
Additional Notes
· The minimum order for far areas is KD 50.
· Service in far areas is available on Monday &Thursdays.
· Far areas include: Khiran, Abdali, Nuwaiseeb, Bnaider, Wafra, Mutlaa, and Sabah Al Ahmad.
· We only clean AlJiraiwy mattresses. The service is not available for other brands.
