Terms & Conditions – On-Demand Mattress Cleaning Service

1. Booking the Service

• An appointment must be scheduled in advance, including specifying the mattress size and quantity.
• The company reserves the right to reschedule the appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice to the customer.

2. Service Preparation

• The customer must remove all bedding, covers, and pillows before the service appointment.
• A clear working area must be provided near the mattress along with access to a nearby power outlet.

3. Service Scope

• The service includes cleaning dust, surface stains, odors, and sanitizing as needed, depending on the selected cleaning package.
• The company does not guarantee 100% stain removal, especially for old, deep, or chemically-induced stains.

4. Warranty & Liability

• We use safe and approved cleaning products suitable for different fabric types. However, we are not responsible for any damage caused by pre-existing defects.
• The company is not liable for any damage resulting from improper mattress use before or after the service.

5. Payment & Cancellation

• The service fee is determined based on the number and size of mattresses, the selected cleaning type, and the customer's location.
• Full payment is due immediately before the service.
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur any charges.
• Same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee of up to 20% of the total service cost.

6. Privacy

We respect our customers' privacy and will not collect or share any personal information without the customer's consent.
